Hey! I’m Amelia. I am an empathetic, data-driven program leader and relationship builder, with a passion for workforce development and emerging talent programming. Most recently, I spent 7 years leading Employer Partnerships at coding bootcamp, Flatiron School, and come to Cornell Tech with 10 years’ experience developing cross-functional talent programs and partnerships across SaaS, startup, technology, non-profit, and corporate ecosystems, creating pathways to tech for career-changing adults, early career and emerging talent, & underrepresented minorities. Knowing I get to help folks from all types of backgrounds find a career they love is what gets me up in the morning.
