The tech industry impacts all of us, which is why it needs to include all of us—especially women and other underrepresented groups.
We work in emerging tech hubs to activate and align both sides of the city’s tech landscape: university collaborators and industry partners. Together, we create new opportunities that bring about the large-scale transformation we all want to see.
We work with universities around the country to propel more women into technology careers.
We look for collaborators that serve a high percentage of Black and Latina, low-income, and first-generation students and that graduate relatively large numbers of students in computing
All our funded academic collaborators must commit to our goal to increase the number of women graduating in computer science and tech disciplines. Our programs also include students from other underrepresented groups in these academic areas.
If your university is interested in learning more about the criteria to apply for an academic collaborator award, please contact us. We can also help universities adopt one or more of our programs with local industry support.
